    Force 15 hp Carb

    I have a 1996 15 hp force with carb problems flooding. I notice the carb has a bypass tube where it 's not supposed to. The 9.9 carb shows a tube in it. Is it possible that it was swapped out at some time and will it work on a 15hp?
