I am not talking about where the rubber and the plastic attach. I am talking about the plastic piece that goes into the transom assembly that has the rubber insert that goes over it. the one you have to put soap on to be able to slide it into the hole.
The entire hose that goes into the transom bracket. The hose is connected to the plastic piece so basically the plastic piece that's in the transom assembly moves in and out.

Are you saying those numbers are high for a 2000 TBI 350 w/vortec heads? Right after I wrote this I googled what the comp should be and most where saying 180+. It is a normal comp gauge, nothing fancy, it's an Accutron. Also, since it's with in range I should move on to the water pick up side.
