When I put my motor in forward or reverse, the prop turns at low rpms, and the boat moves slowly. However, the prop/gears won't engage under when I try to accelerate with higher rpms and the engine simply revs. I have had the lower unit seals replaced & the lower unit appers to be reconnected...
