ok so I took it to the shop and they reREbuilt the carb $168, and drop test shows the top cylinder has good spark but wont fire and it seems to be fuel in the cylinder. Guy says that it could be the reed valve?? Says it could be drawing way too much fuel if one of the reeds is cracked or bent...
This is what i have done so far. Carb butterfly adjusted per manual and lines up perfect between the marks. Linkage set screw set to spec.
Carb rebuilt
New fuel lines
New fuel filter
New correct plugs. Gapped to .040 per book
New coil packs.
New non ethanol 50-1
2 tanks with sea foam
New prop...
