I have a 1996 Mercury 200HP EFI, that came with the boat i bought. It's idling kind of high at 1200RPM. Is there a special way to adjust the idle? Can I just back out a screw or something? Because of the high idling it kind of clunk hard when you shift gears. Ouch!
