I have owned inboard boats just got a 16.5 Dusky with a Yamaha 115 2 stroke. The motor will not turn over if you spin the fly wheel it makes one turn and locks up does this mean blown motor or i hope something simply if it works like my old boat inboard outboard 350 it should turn non stop...
