I have a 150 HP Evinrude ficht. I have continual Shift Assist Synrco Switch Fault codes. I have changed the switch 3 times. It is so bad now the alarm goes off when it is just idling. It stalls the engine almost eveytime I put in neutral from either forward or reverse. HELP!!!!! THANKS
