The last time I took my boat out I had a problem going into reverse. The shift lever/throttle moved into the reverse position but no movement. After numerous attempts she finally went in. Had forward gear the whole time.
I feel very silly for asking this question but.... I have a 88 24' Albemarle w/ a 290 dp outdrive. I just replaced the u-joint bellow and want to change the oil. I see the dipstick at he top and a screw at the bottom. Is this all one oil resevoir together or are they separated? Just wanna know...
I have a 1989 24' Albemare. I believe have stripped out my Morse steering helm. Wheel just spins . Can that rack and pinion be rebuilt or do I have to buy a new one? If I have to buy a new one can I use my teleflex cable or does it come with the new one? Any name brands suggestions? Thanks in...
I have a Morse helm on my 1989 24' Albmarle. Are they rebuildable or do you have to buy the whole rack and pinion. If I do have to buy the whole rack and pinion can I use my teleflex or is it built onto the new one? Thanks
