I have a 1999 Volvo Penta 7.4L Gi that will not start. Starter does not engage. Can jump the solenoid and it will start. Check the voltage on the starter side of the relay and do not have 12V when the key is turned to start. I do have 12V when the key is turned at the main wiring harness...
