I am trying to change the prop on a 1970 johnson 25 hp motor. This is a sheer pin prop so I though that it would be easy but I can't get the prop off the shaft. Should the prop just slide off? Any Ideas.

I have a 1975 Evinrude tiller stear 25 hp. The motor runs fine but when its in gear it will only push the boat at a slow speed. When I idle it up it won't push the boat. Can anyone help me out?
