Trying to problem solve issue with my 2001 larson with volvo penta 4.3gl engine code start with a pxxx don't remember the rest. one week toke boat out ran great, now can't get it to start. had starter bench tested, checked fuses all good. getting fuel to carb. stumped, when turn key it whines...
