1992 Evinrude (Tracker) 60 hp.
Original tach was bouncing around. Bought a new tach
now, here's what it does....
start up, tach goes to 800-1000rpm... slowly give it throttle, tach goes up to 2200-2500 rpm, then bounces
2000-3000, a little more throttle and needle drops to zero and stays there...
