    I have an 1976 Volvo Penta AQ 130d and need help. I was out on the lake last weekend and I was going on my way and then I started loosing power. I pulled the throttle back and the boat was fine at a low rpm but as soon as I went to give it power it started going and then back to slowing down...

    I need to replace my alternator out of a 1976 Volvo Penta AQ 130. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement alternator? or is it replaceable with a regular car alternator?

    I am trying to remove a prop from a volvo penta 280D. Do i need any special tools? Can anyone one help me out with step by step directions. thanks, Ricky
