    1996 evinrude breakdown

    Merc 4hp high speed miss

    My 4 hp is a late 80's with electronic ignition. runs great in a drum but put it on a boat under load and it will bog out..! 1 cyl,new pick-up and plug and clean gas. any suggestions..Thank You
