My 1991 Suzuki runs good high but will not idle. The motor shuts off after a few seconds. I have recently has the throttle cables replaced and I rebuild the lower unit. It will not run below 1100 RPM's without shutting off.
What do you reccomend to clean oily residue and dirt off engine...
