Any ideas on why a 99 yahama pro v would say it's over heating when trolling speeds are needed. I've already had the water pump changed and it's still spitting water at that speed. 1.5 to 2 mph. Oil is also there. Any ideas so far the dealer has charged me $500 for a new pump and time working on...
