    My motor starts great idles and at about 1000 rpm. Then I put in gear and throttle up and cruise for about ten minutes at about 3500 rpms runs great while cruising at 3500 rpm. then i throttle down to a idle. at this point the idle is at 750 rpm in nuetral . when i put it back in gear the motor...
