I have a 1999 40 Force with a 10-1/8 x 15 3 blade aluminum prop on a 16 foot aluminum bass tracker. The motor idles at 3000 rpms and at full throttle hits 8000 rpms. As far as I know the prop is the highest pitch for that motor. How can I fix this problem. The mannual states it should idle...
