I have a 1984 AQ280 PT outdrive. The trim gauge sending unit attaches to the transom on the inside and has a cable going thru the transom to the outdrive. My question is how does this cable physically attach to the outdrive?
I have a 1984 v8 stern drive with a 280pt outdrive. The trim sending unit is not connected. I appears to have a cable hanging down through the transom. Can someone tell me where it should be connected. Thanks in advance.
