This engine starts to overheat when @ or above 4200 RPM. I watched the engine while at this speed and noticed water gushing from the Stearn starboard lower end of the engine. The bilge pump would also start pumping. I do not have a good maintenance manual, but this looks like a large manifold...

My 90hp 1990 Johnson ran good. Took it out to replace water pump. All back together however, it will not start. It cranks appears to not be getting fuel. The boat is tilted about 10 deg. to starboard and 5 deg. down to the bow due to were I am working on it. Would that disrupt the carb float?
