I'm puzzled here. I have an '86 Mrec. 190 on an Empress 200XL. When i start it it'l fire right up and run great for a couple minutes (out of water) then eventually stall and gas will poor out of the linkages on the lower part of the Carb. Almost like a stuck float and pin. But im not...
