    Have 9.9 Evinrude that will not increase RPMs above idle!

    1989 9.9hp Evinrude

    Hello - motor has been sitting for 6 years. Put in new plugs cleaned fuel filter at fuel pump. Motor starts but will not go above idle. Where do I go from here?
