    The motor is new to me. Compression 125 on all 4 cyl. The carbs were just rebuilt. The fuel system seems to be working fine. I am running OMC oil and 92 octane fuel. The engine will start with choke and seems to surge and slows to idle and dies. The plugs(L76V) are wet when removed. This...
