The previous owner had no details. I believe he got it used himself. I've been image searching it for several days and can't find anything 'exactly similar'.
I was also thinking some sort of Feathercraft knock-off and as JBCURT00 suggests, I am within 20 miles...

This boat has no builder's mark that I can find.
She is 128" (3 1/4 Meters) in length and 4 foot wide at the oarlocks.
