Can anyone help with advice on how to test the exciter coil on my Honda 15 4 stroke. I have traced an electrical problem back to likely being the exciter coil, as a DC reading on across it when trying to start gives of about .5V DC ...<br /><br />I was thinking that it should be about 12V DC?
