Thanks QBhoy. Seems like Yamaha and maybe Tohatsu were in on these Mariners back then. I ended up ordering an aftermarket carb. For the price of the kit along with the additional parts I wanted it was close enough to the price of a new unit. I'll keep the original as a backup.

Thanks GA and Roscoe. I looked up the repair kit and notice it doesn't include anything for the fuel pump. Glad to see it has a needle, seat, and float but I'm looking for a complete kit. Is this something I just need to source seperately?
