ok, i've been working on my boat lately and i've get everything down but the timeing?
what does this mean?
my boat cranks and runs forever on the hose but i took it to a boat shop and they said i need to get it timed????
how do i know if it's timed or not?

i ran a compression test today and i got 130 in the top cylinder, 120 in the middle, and 87 in the bottom....
was at a boat shop and they said my motor wont run well like this.... said it will eventually just stall out on me and break down...
any ideas of what i can do to get the bottom...
