I am getting power to the switch on the dash but I hear nothing. Where is the pump located. The livewell itself is under the passenger seat. Also there is a timer module. I was wondering what that does.

When the boat is just about to jump on plane and the throttle is about halfway, I am experiencing what seems like an engine miss. If I give 3/4 throttle it goes away or once I'm up on plane and I get past 3k rpm it will also disappear.<br /><br />Any ideas?<br /><br />Thanks
