    tohatsu water stream stops after awhile

    I have a 2004 tohatsu 8hp 4 stroke When it starts it streams water after a couple of minutes it gradually dies down to a couple of drop. And yes, I checked the IMPELLER it is all there and functional ... :) Any thoughts?

    Mercruiser Alpha one alternator hot when shut off

    1992 Bayliner cierra has 350 engine. Can not start- starter won't crank, slave solenoid just clicks. Batteries are charged, starter is getting 12 volts, but nothing turns. Noticed back of alternator is hot when ignition switch (key) is off! Anybody have same thing happen? Thanks for the feedback...

    Engine quits at idle after long run will not start til cold

    I have 1973 Luhrs w/ twin Chrysler 318's no electronic ignition. Engines start fine when cold & will run 10-15 minutes no problem. BUT--heres the pain in the neck'! After running high throttle for a couple of hours and coming back to dock - throttling at idle speed for about 10 minutes...
