I've got a houseboat with a Hadley mini compressor with belt. Apparently the "old style" from some unknown time deep in the past. For trucks, RVs and whatnot. Hadley doesn't stock this and in fact has no information.
Belt's broken and I have no idea how to find a replacement aside from a trip...
Both carbs on my engine have been rebuilt. New gaskets fixed the drips from the bottom of the bowls.
However, they both drip from the barrel now, the lower more than the upper. I assume the floats are misadjusted (though I followed the rebuild kit directions).
So: is this the case? If not...
OK. I have an 89 125 HP with what appears to be an aftermarket remote control. (No makers name, but the various holes on the metal plate say "OMC" and "MERC" and so on.)
Questions:
Since the remote has a shift interlock, can I just remove the motor's manual interlock?
What the heck size nut...
Along with The Shantyboat came a Force 125 HP (about 1985). I have rebuilt the carbs and I have found the info here on getting it tuned <sigh> which plan to do.
However, there's a part I can't ID. It's just below the flywheel, on the left looking at the motor from the front.
