Ihave a 1988 Force 125 hp outboard motor, when idleing it's at about 14 but when im out crusing around it show at 16, any suggestions on where I should start looking.
I replaced the solenoid, it has two large posts on the top and two smaller posts, when I have the wires connected and turn the key it clicks one time.Would that be an indication that the wires are hooked up wrong or another problem, when I check the post connected to the starter I have no power...
I am looking to add a trolling motor to my Maxium 19'5 boat and I am not sure what hp to get.Would a 4hp be enough or should I get something with a little more just in case I have to use it sometime if my main motor goes out. Any suggestions would b great or if there is a guide I could look at.
