i am wanting to buy a new motor for my 14' lowe aluminum jon boat. i want one big enough that it will get me across the lake and not take me forever. so about how fast will a 25hp push it?
i have a johnson 8 hp and it starts right up and it revs up fine in neutral. but as soon as i put it in gear and twist the tiller to rev it up it doesnt rev up like its supposed too. just about half way. what could be wrong?
