    Shetland gh 14 vs galia 440

    Hello I have a Shetland gh 14 with a 20hp 2 stroke mariner and was offered a galia 440 with 30hp 4 stroke. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I should upgrade I am interested mostly in top speed as I do not use it fr anything but weekend drives thanks

    mariner 20hp 2 stoke not reving

    i have a 90s mariner 20hp 2 stroke. when its in the tub it starts and revs perfetly but when on the back of my shetlnd gh 14 it gets to abour 1500 revs and just stays their does not change at all. i have cleaned carb but has done nothing any suggestions? thanks rory
