    85 force 50 hp upper shift linkage removal

    Hi Guys, I'm working on an 85 50hp that has an upper shift rod that has broken off right at the top of the coupler. for the life of me, I cant seem to fish it out of there to replace it. Do ya'll have some kind of ninja move or does the powerhead have to come off? Thanx, Silverhammer

    Force 50 flywheel questions

    Hi Guys, Im working on a 1985 force 50. I received it with a broken tower shaft and sheared key. My assumption was that the towershaft broke and knocked it out of time,causing backfire and shearing the flywheel key. I replaced the towershaft and key, fired it up and at an idle, it backfired...
