    spun prop or berrings dont know

    Went boating today and stop the boat on the water then went to go and started to go alright then the boat motor started to whine out like i lost the prop. Throttle down,tried to go again and motor goes when the prop is going slow but when i throttle up it just throttles up and goes nowhere...
