    No spark on 1968 100hp Evinrude

    I was working on the motor and hit a wrench from the (-) to the (+) terminal on the battery and now NO SPARK! I have replaced stator, voltage regulator. I have some spark out of the pulse tramsformer but not to the plugs. Any ideas

    Need help, I have no spark on a 1968 Evinrude 100hp, i have replaced the voltage regulator, stator, wiring harness on the motor side. Had it running the other day, went to tighten the negative post on the battery and hit the pos with the wrench. Will not start after that. I'm getting spark...
