I have a Mercury 60hp big foot. The manual recommends using loctite 271 on the bolts. I am concerned with this adhesive, I may have a problem removing the bolts in the future.<br /><br />What is your recommendation?
I will be replacing the impeller on my 2000 Mecury 60 Bigfoot. This is my first time. My question is, should I use a sealer when I install the new gaskets. My Seloc manual says yes, my Mercury manual doesnt mention it.<br /><br />Any help would be appreciated.
