    Water in cylinder?

    I have a 1979 Glastron with GM v8 898 tried to start boat starter just spun plastic geers were striped out, had that fixed would engage but not turn motor over, took plugs out water in almost all cylinder, shot some oil in and turned it over a few times. My son in law had it out the week before...

    Motor locked up, pulled sparked plugs, turned over fine then shoot lots of water out both sides,How can water get in?

    1980 mariner 40 HP plugs

    I have a 1980 40 HP 2cycle Mariner it fouls plugs bad when troling, I change the plugs it starts back up and runs great any suggestions.

    1980 40 HP mariner 2 cycle spark plugs

    motor runs great at high rpms, but fouls plugs bad at low rpm so bad it wont start untile I put new plugs in, boat is used for snagging and running bank lines lot of idling and low rpms. Any suggestion would be helpfull thanks.

    Looking at a 1978 open bow Glastron 16' inboard it has a chevy 305

    Any info on this boat would be helpfull, I am told it runs good, seats need re done, floor has soft spot in front of rear seat.
