    Whats the right prop

    Would anyone happen to know the right prop size and pitch for a 63 johnson 75 hp Model #V4A-15/V4AL-15. The one on it now is a 10" which im sure it the correct size (not much room for anything else between the prop and plane plate) but I think it has the wrong pitch, It says 9 1/4, not sure this...

    fuel mixture

    I have been reading a few of the post for the 63 75 hp Johnson. I have seen several different fuel mixtures and I was told something totaly different by a mechanic. I was wondering... Which one is the best or correct one 24/1, 40/1 or 50/1?

    Hi all, Sort of new to the boat scene. I was given a 1963 Sea ray with a 63 75hp Johnson motor. I took my restored baby out and when i gave it full throttle I could only get like 5 to 10 mph out of the engine. I had no high speed. can anyone help me as to what would cause this? Thanks to all...
