I have a 2004 Mercury 15 H.P. 4-stroke longshaft outboard that I need to get a new prop for, my question is, how can I tell if I have a 8 or 10 tooth prop or is the only way I can tell is by taking off my old prop and visually looking? Thanks in advance for any help.
