I'm having a problem with my Port engine. I can cruise for awhile at say 2000RPM and then suddenly the Port engine goes to 0 RPMs and then after about 1 to 2 seconds goes back up to 2000 RPMs. (this can actually happen at any speed) It did this for a couple of outings, once or twice per outing...
