1984 Volvo Penta AQ125A 270 currently is set up for Left Hand prop but has a right and prop on it. How easy is it to just change it so I can use the right hand prop?

I bout an old ski boat it has a 1984 Volvo Penta in it, thats all I know about the motor. I need to replace the Tilt/Trim motor. All part numbers have long faded off and I don't know which replacement motor to buy. Any help would be greatly appreciated. See Pic of tilt/trim motor.
Can't get boat on plane unless someone goes to the nose of the boat. Using a 4 blade SS prop. Carburetors are good....starts and idles fine. Runs good once on plane. Just has trouble getting out of the hole....any IDEAS?????
First issue is getting out of the hole. I have a 4 bladed SS prop and about 75% of the time I have to have someone go to the nose of the boat before it will get on plane. Once on plane it runs great. The other 25% of the time No problem at all.
