    It's interesting that the stereo microphones on my phone seem to think it's coming from the left (power steering pump). I recently replaced that.... it might be overfilled a tad... but I wouldn't suspect that to be the issue.

    Anyone want to chime in with what they think this might be? It sounds like it's coming from the outside of the front of the engine, around the pulleys. Thanks in advance!

    Power Steering pump troubleshooting

    Resurrecting an old thread here, but this was enormously helpful. The pump I used was a NAPA part, with an interchange from a Pontiac G6. The reservoir return line broke because I'm a terrible mechanic, but I was able to fix it with a $4 hose barb, a 7/16 drill bit and a 1/4 NPT die. The...
