    Yamaha trim indiction trouble shooting

    I have a 1997 Salt water II 150 (S150TXRV) I replaced a digital tach today and cannot get the trim indiction to work. RPM, and oil work great. Trim indication didn't work with the old system either. Is there any way I can test the trim sender to see if it is working? Thanks!
