    2006 VX110 Waverunner

    Battery/charge light on

    87 Celebrity Calais with 305 IO. Charge light on....very dim. Checked alternator. Clean terminals and is charging at 14.4 v. Any suggestions where to trouble shoot?

    Brake judder

    Rebuilt the trailer last year and got new brakes all way round including an actuator. Bled the brakes....now when applying the brakes lightly I get this juddering noise from the hubs. Any ideas? Full on application works fine. Do I need to readjust again? Whats the procedure for this?

    Towing with 2014 Ford Explorer 4WD

    So I just got my boat and trailer weighed at a friends scale. The total weight for my boat and trailer is 5049#. My unit is a 1987 19ft Celebrity Calais Cuddy and its on a tandem axle trailer made by snowbird. The spec sheet on the boat, I have the original brochure, gives me a weight of 2800#...

    Charging two batteries at the same time.

    Have two marine batteries hooked up via a battery selector switch. If I turn the switch to both (1 & 2) can I charge both batteries at the same time with my charger?

    Ground plane required on a fiberglass boat?

    Have a Celebrity Calais that I wish to install a UHF radio so that we can communicate back to the RV. Do I need a ground plane of some sort as this install is on fiberglass and not metal?

    Have decided to remodel the swim platform on our 87' Celebrity Calais. The old one was about 18" square, not much room to turn around on. Decided to take it off and attach the one handrail on the SB side. Getting a friend who does welding to make me a couple of stainless brackets for the center...

    Looking at getting a PWC in the future. Have ridden a Seadoo as they seem to be the most popular out here......but I think I would prefer the 4 stroke Yamaha for longevity. Anyone have any suggestions or personal preferences?

    Planning on doing a couple of weeks boating in Northern Idaho next summer. Just wondering what the procedure is for crossing the US land border with a boat and trailer. What documentation do we need? Vessel is already registered in Alberta and both my son and myself each have valid operator...
