I currently own a 2005 F 90 TLRD I bought this rig used. Is there a scanner or program that will enable me to download the operating hours . This is a fuel injected engine with the three star ultra low emission rating.

I am looking at a low hour 1995 20 HP Mercury two stroke. This engine will be used on a 12' Carolina Skiff . The intended use is in salt water and I plan to use Royal Purple synthetic pre mixed mixed at 50:1 .
