    15hp bogs???

    Hi there, my 1994 15hp bogs down when I give it full throtle. carb was rebuild last week. I took the cover off and if I put my hand over the carb intake for a second to block the air while giving throtle the engine goes fine, once in high RPM it is OK. what could it be?

    timing light

    i would like to know how to connect a timing light on a 15hp 1994 s stroke. i know the pickup wire goes on #1 plug but how do you get 12V power? off an external bettery?

    1994 15hp carburetor problem

    Hi, Just got a carb kit in order to rebuild. The diagram on Mercury website doesn't clearly show how to install the ball and spring in the prim bowl(under the blue diaphragm). Anyone have a better picture or can explain what parts go where? Thanks, Tal
