my loran antenna broke so i got a new shakespeare 8' one.It has a 3/8 - 24 thread.Trouble is how do i connect it to my boat.Every holder seems to have 1 in threads.The guy in the shop told me to call Shakespeare !does anyone know where i can get a fitting
i bought a boat with trim tabs.It had been painted over with bottom paint many times.i have scraped off the paint to reveal the stainless underneath.Should i leave it alone or repaint over?
when at slow speed ( no wake ) everything is ok but when i try to go faster the engine splutters & seems like it may die.At neutral the engine seems to go at faster rpms ok.<br />I replaced fuel filter & carb filter .<br />Any suggestions?
i have found out i have no power going to the distributor.the engine cranks ok but no spark.changed plugs,points,leads,condenser.<br />could it be the shift cutout switch? if so how can i fix it or do i need a new one? Could it be something else? Thanks
