Ran the new Talon SS 19 pitch for the first time today. Not a perfect test as it was windy and Matlacha pass has a winding channel- not alot of opportunity to go wot for any length of time. Did briefly hit 41.7 at 5800 and 31 at 4500. I feel like I have a winner. Hoping to have better...
I found a really nice Talon SS 19 pitch on FB Marketplace for half the price of a new one. If I end needing more prop I shouldn't lose to much on it. It should be pretty good though.
I just had a 90 Vmax SHO repower done. I am running my old 2 Stroke painted ss 13 x 19. After break in period running 40.7 at 6000 rpm wot. Happy with that but the prop is old. Looking at a Talon SS and am wondering how it compares to the painted stainless? More aggressive cupping? Do I stick...
