Trying to replace trim motor on '93 70 hp Johnson. Removing three bolts was easy. Having trouble getting to the fourth bolt in the top left position. Any help would be appreciated.
I plan to install a bow mount trolling motor on my 1993 Sea Pro 1700 cc. See that there is a plug for a trolling motor. Can someone tell me where the trolling motor battery is generally placed. Doesn't appear to have much room under the center console or much room in rear next to engine...
I think my trim motor has failed. Relays click on but motor doesn't activate. Motor very, very rusted...rest of hydraiulic system rust free.
Doesn't appear to be a big deal to remove existing motor and the part is not very expensive.

I have a Johnson 70 with an electric primer. When the engine is cold, I can push the key in and the engine will crank. But, until the engine warms up, I have to bump the key over and over again...little quick bumps...to keep the engiine running. Once the engine gets warm I don't have a problem...
